At The Helm Clothing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags. Please ensure all garments are in their original condition to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 5-7 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
